Update Event Details
To select an event for editing, you first find the event on the Event Management page.
Access The Event Manager
If you’re still to get started with the Event Manager there’s a handy big pink button right on your dashboard to take you to there! You can also get there by clicking the ‘Events’ icon just below your profile icon.
Publish Your Event
Now you’re ready to get your event out there, you just need to head over to the Publish & Privacy menu, you can get here though your ‘Event Details’ menu which you may have to click to expand.
Archive & Delete Event
Sometimes things don’t go to plan and events need to be removed from sale. Of course, you don’t want the event shown online when this is the case.
You can’t sell tickets if they don’t exist yet! To create tickets you have to navigate to the Tickets and Addons menu within the event! Then navigate to the ‘Tickets’ area.
Addons are little extras you can tack onto the sale of a ticket to sweeten the deal. This might be a single piece of merchandise like a t-shirt or even a goodybag! The only limitations are your imagination, finances and the laws of your country.
Event Audit Log
Audit logs are a history of all the changes you’ve made, in this case in regards to a certain event. It shows what change was made, when, and who made it. It’s a handy history of what’s been going on.
To get here, you need to go into the editing of the event. To select an event for editing, you first find the event on the Event Management page.
Event Refund Policy
To set a refund policy for your event, you need to navigate to the ‘Payments and Tax’ area of your event page.

You’re going to need some information from customers no matter what. The collected details don’t need to be more than you need though!
To customise what customer details are taken, you need to navigate to the ‘Order Confirmation’ option within the event sidebar menu. It’s under the ‘Order Options’ menu which you may have to expand by clicking.
In order to create performances within an event, you will have to get to the performance manager within the event settings.
Edit & Delete Performances
You can update and delete performances through the performance manager.
