Update Password

Overview

Whatever the reason, you can always quickly update your password for your account! Head over to the settings page to get started by clicking on the cog icon in the bottom left of the screen and hitting ‘My Account’.

You should be on the ‘Profile Information’ page now. You’ll have to scroll down just a little to get to the password update process!

First, pop in the password you currently use. If you’ve forgotten it click here to reset your password. Then create and type in your new password! We have to double check your password to make sure it’s typed in correctly but you can reveal it by clicking on the ‘eye’ icon at the side of each type bar.

We strongly recommend making your password as strong as possible, aim for the green by adding capital letters, numbers and special characters.

Now hit update and your password will be updated! This will be confirmed by the success notification up in the top right corner of your screen.
